Julie was a year behind me in school so we never had the same classes and started meeting different friends, but I knew she would always be my best friend.  As the years went by, and we become teenagers, our lives took different paths.  Julie started a family at a young age and I was in school.  We did make new friends but I will always think of her as my best friend!  We caught up on occasion by phone or I would see her at craft shows with her kiddos in tow and it was like we never had years come between us.

If I could talk to her one last time, I would tell her thank you Jules for being my friend!  God puts people in our lives for a reason and the reason he gave me you was so that I could look back on my childhood and say, wow, what fun we had!  As kids, we played together and laughed together, got into some trouble together and loved each other!  I am so sorry that you suffered with your illness, but I know that you are with our Savior! You were a good friend, a loving daughter and sister, a wonderful mother and wife!  You were taken too soon, but your impact on the people you have touched in your short time on earth has been amazing! You loved and were loved by so many!  God bless you, I love you Jules, and I will see you again someday! Rest in peace my friend!  Kathy
